Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the USA, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse distribution centers process the orders, which takes an additional 2–7 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our overseas and/or USA-based warehouses to the shipping destination. Most of our products are made to order so depending on order volume it can take between 2 to 7 business day to produce. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 7 days (business days) to arrive at their USA destination but can take longer from time to time.
• Our standard policy is that you should receive your order within 4-6 weeks from your order date, barring any issues and holding at international customs.
• Our customs policy is that we do not pay for additional tariffs or customs charges, those are the responsibility of the customer. Very large items may tend to have these, so please be prepared.
